Three T Construction Group was engaged by Barwon Coast Committee of Management to deliver a new Changing Places facility at Ocean Grove Main Beach.

The project involved construction of a fully compliant Changing Places amenity connected to the existing public toilet block, improving accessibility and inclusion within a high-traffic coastal environment. Delivered within an active public reserve and beachfront setting, the works required careful coordination to maintain safe public access and protect surrounding infrastructure.
