Three T Construction Group was engaged by the City of Greater Geelong to deliver the Stage 2 Pavilion Redevelopment at the Newtown City Hockey Club, located within King Lloyd Reserve.
The project focused on upgrading the existing pavilion facilities to better support club operations and community use, including the construction of a new commercial kitchen and associated internal works. Delivered within an active sporting reserve, the works required careful coordination to maintain safe access for club members, reserve users and the broader community throughout construction.
