Ocean Grove Memorial Reserve Changeroom Upgrade

Three T Construction Group delivered the refurbishment and upgrade of the existing changeroom facilities at Ocean Grove Memorial Reserve for the City of Greater Geelong.
The project involved partial demolition and internal reconfiguration of the existing pavilion to deliver upgraded home and away changerooms, umpire amenities and a new accessible shower within the existing building footprint.
Works were undertaken within an active community and sporting reserve, requiring careful site management and coordination to maintain safe public access to adjoining occupied areas throughout construction.
