The Maddingley Administration Extension and Refurbishment involved a staged extension and comprehensive upgrade of the existing administration facilities at Bacchus Marsh Grammar. The project included structural integration works, full internal refurbishment of reception and executive spaces, and significant services upgrades, all delivered within a live operational school environment. Scope of Works
- Extension of the existing administration building to provide additional staff workspace and new meeting facilities.
- Comprehensive internal refurbishment of reception areas, staff breakout spaces and executive offices.
- Upgrade and integration of mechanical, electrical and high-speed data services to support modern operational requirements.
- Structural modifications to existing building fabric and roofline to enable seamless integration of the new extension.
- Supply and installation of high-quality architectural joinery, including bespoke reception and custom storage solutions.
- External civil works including construction of a new DDA-compliant entry ramp, asphalt upgrades and architecturally specified landscaping.
