Three T Construction Group was engaged by Barwon Coast Committee of Management to undertake the refurbishment and extension of Toilet Block 5 at Barwon Heads Caravan Park.
The project involved structural rectification works, a DDA-compliant bathroom extension and full refurbishment of the existing amenities building. Delivered within an operational coastal caravan park, the works required careful staging to maintain safe access for park users throughout construction.
