Three T Construction Group was engaged by Holman Industries to construct fire-rated separation compartments within an operational warehouse facility in Broadmeadows, Victoria.
The project involved installing a compliant fire-rated wall system to divide two active factory spaces, improving fire safety performance while maintaining uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Careful planning and staging were required to ensure minimal disruption to production activities throughout the works.
