This project involved the construction of approximately 2,250m² of new carparking infrastructure and two access driveways at Bacchus Marsh Grammar. Scope included bulk earthworks, asphalt pavement construction, stormwater drainage, lighting, line marking and signage, as well as the installation of new entrance gates. Landscaping works were incorporated, including paved pedestrian footpaths and access stairs connecting the lower carpark to the newly constructed parking area. Delivered within an operational school campus, works were carefully staged to maintain safe traffic flow and minimise disruption to daily activities.

Scope of Works

  • Bulk earthworks and subgrade preparation for approximately 2,250m² of new carparking infrastructure.

  • Construction of asphalt pavement and associated kerbing.

  • Delivery of two new access driveways to improve traffic flow and site connectivity.

  • Installation and integration of stormwater drainage infrastructure.

  • Supply and installation of site lighting to enhance safety and visibility.

  • Line marking, signage and traffic management measures.

  • Installation of new entrance gates to control site access.

  • Landscaping works including paved pedestrian footpaths and construction of access stairs linking the lower carpark to the newly constructed parking area.
