Woodlea Administration Building

Client: Bacchus Marsh Grammar
Location: AINTREE VIC 3336

The Woodlea Administration Building project involved the staged delivery of a new double-storey administration facility and the refurbishment of the existing administration wing at Bacchus Marsh Grammar’s Woodlea Campus. Stage 1 comprised the construction of a steel-framed, fire-isolated extension positioned between the existing administration and middle school buildings to form the campus’s new primary entrance and office facility. Stage 2 included the internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of the former administration areas into classrooms and staff amenities. All works were undertaken within a fully operational school environment, requiring extensive staging, hoarding and access management.
