Storage Shed
Anglesea Landfill and Transfer Station
Design, supply & installation of a new storage facility at the Anglesea Landfill and Transfer Station, seamlessly connecting into an existing shed on-site to replace the recently demolished structure. This project included the design and construction of robust foundations, a durable concrete floor slab, and the installation of bollards to reinforce the existing retaining wall at the rear of the shed. We also reconnected the existing 3-phase power to the new facility, ensuring it's fully operational and integrated.
Maintenance Shed
YMCA Lady Northcote Discovery Camp
This project involved the construction of a versatile maintenance and workshop shed, complete with all essential service connections including power, sewer, and water. To ensure full functionality and accessibility, we also installed new paving, an accessible toilet, and a convenient kitchenette.
Woodlea Workshop Extension
Bacchus Marsh Grammar Woodlea Campus
The existing workshop at the Bacchus Marsh Grammar Woodlea Campus has been successfully extended, providing students and staff with enhanced sports and office facilities. The expansion includes two additional bays, upgraded internal amenities, and the addition of a mezzanine and office space. Designed to complement the existing structure, the extension seamlessly integrates matching materials and architectural elements, ensuring a cohesive and functional addition to the campus.
Factory Fire Wall
Holman Industries
The project involved the construction of a high-performance industrial fire wall to safely divide two active factories while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Careful planning and coordination were required to maintain compliance with fire safety regulations, manage site logistics, and work around existing production schedules. The installation included fire-rated materials, structural reinforcements, and precise integration with existing building services, ensuring both safety and functionality without impacting the daily operations of the facilities.
Agricultural Shed
Bacchus Marsh Grammar Staughton Vale Campus
Design and construction of a new agricultural shed, including associated concrete works, to provide a durable and functional space for farm equipment storage and maintenance. The project involved structural design tailored to withstand rural environmental conditions, ensuring long-term durability and ease of access for machinery and daily operations.
