YMCA Lady Northcote Discovery Camp
Construction of a new toilet block, including two wheelchair-accessible toilets, two ambulant toilets and two unisex toilets for day use at the YMCA Lady Northcote Discovery Camp.
Technology Education Building
Bacchus Marsh Grammar Woodlea Campus
Showcasing the construction of a new technology education block, featuring five standard classrooms and two larger technology rooms. The building incorporates smart climate control, energy-efficient design, and eco-friendly materials.
Two New Beach Houses
Barwon Coast Committee of Management
Two newly constructed self-contained beach houses at Barwon Heads Caravan Park, each featuring two bedrooms, two toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen. Designed for comfort and relaxation, both include a front decking area to take in the coastal views. One of the beach houses is fully accessible, incorporating an all-abilities entry, a compliant DDA bathroom, and a functional laundry to ensure inclusivity for all guests.
Woodlea Reception and Administration
Bacchus Marsh Grammar Woodlea Campus
Stage 1 involved constructing a new fire-isolated, double-storey building to serve as the school's main office and entrance.
Stage 2 focused on refurbishing the existing administration building, creating a larger staff lounge, upgraded health centre, additional storage, and new office spaces. A new entry gate, featuring recycled red brick pillars, was also built to enhance access and guide students and visitors to the new reception area.

Renovation of existing building, including a DDA compliant bathroom extension, structural rectification, new roof structure and roofing, and landscaping.
